Carvico VITA and JP Holahan Swimwear, A Test of Time

Posted on

Live pool tests have shown the indisputable superiority of VITA's resistance to chlorine, quality tests carried out in the lab simulating "real-life" conditions of use for beachwear garments confirm Carvico's resistance to degradation from creams and sun-tan oils. When the action of pool water is joined by the effect of sunscreen, fabric damage is accelerated. Unlike other swimwear elastanes, LYCRA XTRA LIFE fiber, contained in the VITA fabric, shows no breaks even after leaving the swimsuit up to 10 days of soaking. The INVISTA fiber shows no breaks, even after 240 hours of exposure.

Deterioration in swimwear is mainly determined by the Elastane breakage, which weakens the fabric and causes breakage of the fibers, losing its shape and fit. (Above information directly from )

We at JP Holahan Designs use only the Best most durable fabrics for our swimwear. We want you to get the most use and feel comfortable in the bathing suits/swimwear/bikinis we design. Thank you.
